At Medjet, we know the safer and more connected our members feel, the more they can enjoy their travels. Our new Medjet Digital Card App is a functional way for our globetrotting members to keep their Medjet membership information easily accessible.


Download the App. Log in with your Medjet Membership Number and the Primary Member’s Date of Birth. You will have quick access to Medjet’s emergency numbers (direct dial link), a list of Member Benefits, and the ability to view the Rules & Regulations.

How To Call Us From Abroad


Calling Medjet from abroad requires dialing the "+" sign on your cell phone, prior to dialing "1" (the U.S. country code) and our phone number. From a landline, or VoiP program like Skype, entering the international prefix (also known as "exit code") for the country you are dialing from is required, prior to dialing "1", then area code, then number. Signing up for the U.S. Department of State’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP): a free service that allows U.S. citizens traveling or living abroad to enroll with the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. Canadian citizens have access to Registration of Canadians Abroad.

It provides Country Specific Information, Travel Alerts and Travel Warnings for every country in the world.
